When I started, I was worried somatic therapy would be a waste of time and money. That didn’t come true. Instead, it was an unraveling the origin of my panic attacks, and the associated and subconsciousness meaning of the origin of my attacks. I learned about instinctual effects on my body and finding that my reasoning mind can’t always be the solution. That, in itself, was relieving. Working with Isaak was very effective way in finding the root of whatever issue you want to tackle. When I began, I was sure I would never find love again, or the confidence to feel like I deserved to be loved. I was concerned that the coaching and work would not be sustained or sustainable in my performance. What happened instead was that the work and coaching was so deep that I became a permanent part of my leadership, learning and transformation. It has provided a foundation to being more open as a learner inside of living excellence.
