the process

I primarily work with people for a series of training in mindfulness, reflection and somatic (body-based) release.

When we work together, we look at specific situations in your life that are causing distress. We gently and steadily find the patterns that are present. We find the wisdom, the strategies, and the limitations. And if you choose, you let them go.

When we agree that it’s time, most of my clients choose to further release their patterns through the body. This usually looks like in-person somatic sessions, where the body is given the opportunity to communicate, connect, and reshape. This work goes beyond our mental understanding, and allows change to occur at a level beyond thinking and dialogue.
